Hello Everyone, it’s Saturday, not Friday😬 I hope you guys are having a fantastic weekend, I know here in blazing hot🔥 This week I’m showing you guys my routine for achieving splits, of course, it includes continuous daily stretching but it secretly includes the “will power” to actually want to do it and PATIENCE. It can become stressful and seem useless with no patience. patience is key because honestly, I see tons of YouTube videos with youtubers showing their audience “how to achieve splits within 1 week or 30 days” but really, it’s by you, your mind, and how your body reacts. Truly, my body has taken its time. 1 year didn’t cut it! It has taken me basically 2 years just to feel okay with “splitting” my legs, flexibility is honestly hard but it’s all worth it in the end. Achieving the splits is one goal I have had for a while since I started dancing and it’s truly up to everyone’s body and mind for how much you want to make it (the goal) and the reaction.
